Sphiral needs headphones — the binaural layer works by giving each ear its own signal, which speakers cannot do. Use a comfortable, moderate volume: louder is not deeper. Decent over-ear or in-ear headphones reproduce the low drone better than thin sleep-earbuds.
Not while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, speak to your clinician before using audio with rhythmic elements — this is a precaution, not an established risk. If you are sound-sensitive or simply prefer it, a music-only version without the binaural layer is available in settings.
Sphiral is a meditation and relaxation aid built on documented psychoacoustic principles and your chart's real geometry. It is not a medical or therapeutic device, and it doesn't predict your future — it plays you the shape of a moment.
